Tuition and Fees

Israeli citizens: Tuition is approx. 10,000 NIS per year for a full-time program, pending on the number of weekly hours.  Tuition may be paid in up to 6 installments.

Non-citizens and tourists: Tuition is approx. 12,500 NIS per year, according to the number of weekly hours. (Non-citizens and tourists add 25% to the basic costs).  Tuition may be paid in up to 6 installments.

New Immigrants: Tuition in standard academic programs is fully covered by the Student Immigration Authority for three years of study for BA studies and two years for MA studies.  For further information, please contact the Student Immigration Authority at:

The first payment, on the amount of approx. 3,000 NIS is mandatory for all students.
Students who are new immigrants also pay the first payment but are reimbursed by the Student Immigration Authority.

The first payment must be transferred before class schedule is set. Students who have not transferred their first payment beforehand, will not be able to enroll into any of the courses.

All payments are to be made in Israeli Shekels, via an Israeli bank. If the payment is not made in Israeli Shekels, the payment is made according to the exchange rate of the pay date.
If a student is not in Israel at the payment's due time, he/she can pay by credit card. In order to do so, he/she should contact the Dean of Students Office, which will provide assistance.
