Annual tuition for international bachelors degree students who are not Israeli citizens is approx. NIS 13,000 plus additional fees, and for masters students (excluding the IMBA program), NIS 17,500 plus additional fees.

Eligibility:
Applicants eligible for the Bar-Ilan Overseas programs are:
People living in Israel less than 4 years, who are one of the following:
    1. New immigrants
    2. Tourists
    3. Israeli citizens with a high-school diploma from countries other than Israel.
    4. "Katin Chozer" (minors returning from living in other countries)

Special Considerations:
Bar-Ilan University takes into consideration the challenges of new immigrant and international students studying in a new country and language. Special benefits are offered to new immigrant students in their studies.
New immigrant and international students are automatically entitled to a time extension of 15 minutes for every hour of exam time (up to 30 minutes). Additionally they are entitled to use a dictionary during exams with the lecturer's consent and written approval.
