Honorary Doctorate Recipients
Bar-Ilan University awards "Honorary Doctorate" degrees, "President’s Award" or "Lifetime Achievement Award", to the friends of the University who have contributed to its development and advancement, to the public persons who have helped in promoting the University's goals, to scientists, to people of culture and spirit, from Israel and abroad, who have gained their reputation by their activities for the general welfare of the people in Israel and abroad, and to the Torah people who have gained a reputation from their religious articles and their activity for the society and all.
