New Faculty Members
Bar-Ilan University is comprised of eight academic faculties, and employs over 1,700 faculty members, 660 of whom serve in senior positions.
Each year Bar-Ilan recruits new faculty members, including senior lecturers and professors, who join the University's ranks from prestigious academic institutions in Israel and all over the world.
Every year dozens of faculty members are promoted to senior positions in one of the eight faculties, and in the University's research centers and multidisciplinary academic programs. In addition, dozens of new faculty members join Bar-Ilan, including Israelis returning from prestigious posts abroad. Through its Returning Scientists Program, Bar-Ilan University is leading a nationwide effort to stem Israel's 'brain drain' by bringing the nation's best and brightest back home.
