Torah and Science Society

The Torah and Science Society, which has been operating at Bar-Ilan University since 2005, aims to achieve the following goals:

·          Advance the integration of science and technology with the Torah

·          Provide scientists with guidance in issues, the handling of which requires the perspective of the Torah (Halacha, thought, ethics, etc.)

·          Providing guidance to those dealing with the Halacha on issues exploiting science, technology and their methodology

·          Encourage contact between men of Torah and scientists

·          Assist educational frameworks for youths in unifying Torah with science

·          Assist in organizing conventions, publishing and establishing data bases in Torah and science.
