The overriding mission of the Division of External Relations is to expose Bar-Ilan University's broad-based activity to the public-at-large as well as to key interest groups, and to leverage the University’s impressive achievements for the its advancement - this in order to strengthen our position as a premiere academic institution, and deepen our connection with Israeli society, Diaspora Jewry and the international academic community.
The Division has become a significant force in shaping how the University is perceived, both internally and externally. A ‘one-stop shop’ fashioned as a PR agency, the Division coordinates all marketing communications and events under one roof. Providing a broadened repertoire of services on a wider scope and higher level than was available in the past, the Division is constantly aiming toward innovation and original “out of the box” thinking.
In order to ensure the best synergy in every area of our activities, we work in close cooperation with the Director General, Deputy Directors General, the Spokesman’s Office, the President’s Media Advisor, the Global Resource Development Operations, the Vice President for Research and Development and the Rector’s Office.
